The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam is inviting online applications for several contractual posts under the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desk (BHD) programs, launched as part of Mission YUVA – Build the Future of Entrepreneurship in J&K.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21–45 years as of the notification date
- Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir
- Educational Qualification:
- A minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized institution
- Relevant work experience will be an added advantage
