BOSE Warns Students Against Fake Result Links, Says Class 10 Results Await Formal Approval
Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has urged students to stay alert and avoid fake links or deceptive websites that falsely claim to publish Class 10 examination results.
In an official statement released late in the evening to the Kashmir News Trust, the Board stated that the Class 10 annual exam results are likely to be announced in the coming days after the appointment of a new Chairman.
The Board also warned that multiple unauthorised sources are spreading incorrect information about the result declaration, causing undue stress and confusion among students.

BOSE officials stated that the results of the annual Class 10 examinations of the Kashmir Valley and the winter zone areas of the Jammu Division are almost ready. However, the formal approval of the Result Declaration Committee, which is headed by the BOSE Chairman, remains a mandatory step before the results can be officially declared.
The Board explained that due to the absence of a Chairman at present, the declaration process has witnessed a slight delay. It reiterated that once the required approval is granted, the results will be made public without further delay.
Students have been advised to rely only on the official website of the Board for authentic updates and announcements. BOSE warned that certain mischievous elements are spreading fake narratives with the sole intention of misleading innocent students and creating confusion.
The Board urged students and their guardians to stay patient and avoid engaging with unverified sources, assuring that all credible information regarding the results will be shared through official channels only. [KNT]
