💰 IGNOU Admission Fee & Refund Policy

• A non-refundable registration fee of ₹300 is applicable for most programmes.
• If the university rejects the application, the programme fee (minus the registration fee) will be refunded.
• If a student withdraws admission within 15 days, 15% of the fee will be deducted (up to ₹2,000).
• After 60 days of admission, no refund will be granted.
