On the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) in Delhi, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched the RailOne mobile app on Tuesday. This all-in-one application is designed for train passengers, allowing them to book reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets, along with accessing various other services. With RailOne, there is no need to use the IRCTC Rail Connect or UTS apps separately, as it combines the functionalities of both. Moreover, RailOne offers several features that are not available in either of the older apps.
What facilities will be available on Railvan app
On the RailOne mobile app, you can book reserved tickets as well as unreserved tickets for general class in any train. Not only this, you can also book platform tickets on this app. Apart from this, you can search any train on this app, check PNR status, see coach position, track live location of your train, order food at your seat in the train, give feedback based on your travel experience, file a refund and also complain about any problem or seek help through Rail Madad.
Where to download Railvan mobile app
The new official mobile app of Railways is available on both Android and iOS app stores. After downloading this app, you can register it with your IRCTC Rail Connect and UTS app and then use it by entering the ID and password of IRCTC account. The interface of RailOne app is quite new, beautiful and user friendly. Let us tell you that this app is currently available in two languages ​​​​Hindi and English.
