Srinagar, 25 Nov — Early forecasts from Kashmir Weather Forecast indicate that the Kashmir Valley is likely to experience its first major snowfall of the season in the second week of December. Current weather patterns suggest that Srinagar and other low-lying areas may also receive notable snowfall during this period.
Meteorological assessments show that 2–3 Western Disturbances could affect Jammu & Kashmir from mid-December through the end of the month, potentially bringing widespread rain and snow. However, experts note that slight changes in the timing and intensity of these systems are still possible due to shifting atmospheric conditions.
With winter conditions expected to strengthen across the Valley, officials and residents are encouraged to follow regular weather updates and advisories.
